This is the easiest recipe in the book. Brush it on, grill it, done. TUYET's concentrated formula caramelizes beautifully on the grill.
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs (or drumsticks, wings, or breast)
- 3 tbsp TUYET Premium Cooking Sauce (use straight, no water)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra glaze)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Score the chicken skin with a few shallow cuts so the sauce penetrates.
- Brush TUYET sauce generously on all sides. If using honey, mix it with the TUYET before brushing.
- Season with black pepper.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge for deeper flavour.
- Grill over medium-high heat (or bake at 425°F): skin side down first for 6–7 minutes until charred and crispy.
- Flip and cook another 6–8 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Brush one more layer of TUYET sauce in the last 2 minutes of cooking for a sticky glaze.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
TUYET Tip: For BBQ, use TUYET straight — no water. The concentrated sauce caramelizes and creates a sticky, savoury glaze that's better than any bottled BBQ sauce.
