Simple Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (Nước Chấm Style)

Every Vietnamese meal needs a dipping sauce. Use TUYET as the savoury base, then customize depending on what you're serving.
Base Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp TUYET Premium Cooking Sauce
- 1 tbsp warm water
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- 1 small chili, sliced thin (or chili flakes to taste)

Instructions: Stir everything together until sugar dissolves. Taste and adjust — more TUYET for saltier, more lime for tangier, more chili for heat.
Variations
Spring Roll Dip: Add 1 tbsp hoisin sauce and 1 tsp crushed peanuts. Perfect for fresh spring rolls or rice paper rolls.
Seafood Dip: Add 1 tbsp lime juice, extra chili, and a pinch of minced ginger. Perfect for steamed shrimp, crab, or grilled fish.
Dumpling Dip: Add 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tsp rice vinegar. Drizzle with chili oil. Perfect for potstickers, wontons, or dumplings.
BBQ Glaze Dip: Add 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp garlic powder. Use as a dipping sauce for grilled meats or wings.
